Originally the Temporary Bar for Racecourse patrons it was re-located to Tips Billabong, overlooking the water. This was skillfully undertaken and sponsored by Sapphire Coast Cranes and Hayes Haulage. Paint donated by Mitre 10. 

Future uses will be as a small gathering venue and for interpretive information.
