Writers of the Far South Coast offers a supportive structure
which is invaluable, particularly when writers do not have
access to city facilities.

Every month, there is a group meeting held in the morning
offering constructive help to writers who express their skills
in poetry, short stories, articles, scripts and essays.

The afternoon session is usually a workshop featuring a
writer or subject area such as writing for children, the dreaded
writers' block, getting your work published, to name a few.

Our membership of the South Coast Writers Centre in
Wollongong and ACT Writers Centre in Canberra has
extended the range of opportunities for our members in
providing information regarding competitions, workshops
and writing festivals, plus guest speakers.

Visitors may come to our meetings a couple of times to participate
and talk to other writers before making a decision to join.
