What a wonderful day we had on 19th October when we visited Kangaroo Valley VIEW Club. The theme for the day was "Drought Breaking", with a parade of boots, brollies and anything related to making it rain. Prizes, (a few of our ladies winning these) puzzles, an auction, raffles, trade tables and a delicious spit roasted lunch, with entertainment provided by the Kangaroo Valley Primary school choir and a bit of table banging, clapping, foot stomping, etc. from the audience in the name of music all contributed to a most enjoyable day. Thank you Kangaroo Valley VIEW for inviting us.
Also a visit to the Berry Gardens was enjoyed by a few members. A drive in the countryside is always a pleasant experience.
