Swimming is a great sport to keep your body and mind healthy - some people swim for fun and fitness and other swim competitively.
The Bega Swimming Club encourages all individuals regardless of ablilty.
From a coaches perspective throughout the season I strongly recommend and encourage swimmers to participate in our Monday Club Nights. These nights commence with a talk about what has happended durng the past week and a discussion of what is coming up and happening within the club.
Club nights are beneficial to swimmers socially, to enable the swimmer to see what they are taining for and to enable them to see the improvement on their own personal achievements.
Carnivals are held throughout the season from Batemans Bay to Eden - to help swimmers feel a part of the Club.
Bega Club and swimmers are encouraged to attend at least some of these carnivals so both Coach and swimmer can see how much the training has improved their swimming.
Training sessions are held dailiy from 6.00am to 8.30am then from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. You will be advised of the training sessions time and number of training sessions relevant to your childs swimming ability.
See you in the pool,
Phil
