It has lots of Cold War references too which are still relevant in a different slant these days.Alphaville got their name from a French/Italian sci-fi movie of 1965 directed by Jean-Luc Goddard, called ‘Alphaville-une etrange aventure de Lemmy Caution' . Forever Young was also covered by Laura Branigan as a single in the past.
