Advertise your product or website globally with traffic exchanges. When you join a traffic exchange, you look at other people's websites in exchange for credits, which you use to display your websites within the exchange. It works quite simply and most exchanges are free.
Most advertising on traffic exchanges is about "business opportunities", so if you have a book or some other unique product, you will get noticed simply because you are promoting something different. I have boosted the sales of the Creator Cards in this way.
