Spectrum is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information that we collect from you.
When you become a member of Spectrum, we ask you to provide your full name, address, contact phone number/s and email address. This information is then recorded in the official Members’ Register.
Your personal information is only used for the purposes for which you provide it and for directly related purposes (unless otherwise required by or authorised under law). An example of use is to facilitate communication between the Spectrum Committee and members about auditions and production dates or to mail "Friends of Spectrum" details about upcoming productions.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in limited circumstances authorised under law, including the Privacy Act 1988 eg. to prevent fraud or imminent threat to the life or health of the individual concerned or another person.
We will provide you access to your personal information upon request and let you correct such information if it is inaccurate.
