Arrangement Ideas:

This tune was collected from Sally Sloane in Lithgow N.S.W. It has a lovely simple but compelling quality. This is the first tune arrangement I've posted that combines bits of both my picking styles. (See the "My take on Arranging tunes" page.)

 

The tune seems to throw the emphasis on the second beat of the bar throughout. I've followed this with my basses in the second section. My slightly idiosyncratic first beat F chord, in bars 2 and 7, also helps this tendency. You might prefer to go straight to the G7 there.
