The Snowy Mts. Grammar held their Interschool on the 3rd & 4th May at the Dalgety Showground. There was a large contingent of Bega PC riders representing their schools over the weekend. Again we had excellent results in all disciplines reinforcing the extremely high calibre of our young riders at this very competitive event.

Grace Whitby (Andy) - 4th Dressage, 3rd Jumping, 2nd Hunter Pony & a ribbon in every event entered.
Katie O'Neill (Tooravale Minuet) - Champion rider under 10 years & Reserve Champion Open Pony
Ali-Clare Preo (Mirrors) - Champion Open Hack
Sarah Curtis (Shadow) - 1st 85cm, 1st 95cm, 2nd Rescue Relay, 2nd Riding Class, 2nd 60cm & 4th 85cm Two Phase.
Sarah was the 13 years Overall Pointscore winner.
Emma Donnelly (Artistry) – 1st Hack 15-15.2hh, 1st Pleasure Hack, 1st Rider over 16yrs, 1st Bending, 1st Bonfield Bounce, 1st Keyhole, 2nd Pair Riders, 3rd Novice 2.1. 3rd Novice 2.4, 4th 60cm, 4th Pair Hacks, 4th Walk, Trot Lead.
Emma was Reserve Champion Rider over 15 years & part of the winning Bega High School Team of Fours.
Danielle Beresford (Ruffled) - 2nd & 5th placing.
Clinton Beresford – 2nd Riding Class & numerous jumping wins & placings.
Tom Otton - Champion Pony Hack & numerous jumping wins & placings.
After much review of the points Tom was finally declared Champion Showjumping Pointscore Winner. It took SMGS a while to work it our because Tom, Clint and Sara Curtis were so close in points.
