The Big Top is back! The next Candelo Village Festival will take off at noon on Saturday 28th March 2009, bigger and better than our first festival in 2008. The hard working enthusiasts of the Candelo Arts Society are gearing up now, and we want to hear from you!

The 2009 festival will feature more street buskers and free events, an expanded youth stage, a huge sunset street parade as the lights go out for Earth Hour, and a new evening program to get you dancing till midnight under the Big Top in the Park.

Festival organizers want to hear now from interested performers. With more venues and a bigger youth program, this is your chance to get on stage. With space for classical, trad folk, and contemporary performance, get your Expression of Interest form filled in by 30th September to be part of this great one-day event.
