In March 2009 Heart Beat Drums is hosting Janelle and Jenny Ray from America, to share the ancient teachings of Inyan Pejuta. Stone Medicine.

The classes will have limited numbers so be quick to book in.

First come first served.

For centuries, indigenous people have relied on natural healing modalities found all around us, from using plant life for medicines to using hot stones along the creek bank to relieve muscle tension and stress. Cold stones from free flowing creek beds have been used to aid in decreasing inflammation.

Class instruction will include; education in Native American ceremonies and how they play a role in a persons' body/mind/spirit wellness. Many daily ceremonies are interwoven with the "Stone Tribe" medicine.

There is a calling to invite all peoples to help the world. Here is a unique way to become "the Hollow Bone" and allow Creator to work through you.

Janelle Lakman, your instructor, is a Native American Medicine Woman studying Shamanism. She has been a massage therapist since 1997. She will share her expertise with the stones which will assist you as a massage therapist by rejuvenating you and your clients with exciting new wellness.
