This means that you do whatever you like with the data set as long as anything that you derive from it is also freely available (free as in Freedom as well as free as in Beer).

To build an freely available database, contributers must take care in interpreting the 'Fair Use' doctrine.  As a rule it best to use original material. Where significant material is used from another source, it should referenced by including a url or printed source in quotes.

At this stage, the image collection is sourced from a large number of websites facilitated by google images. It would be desirable if the image collection was based entirely on locally sourced and freely licensed images.
