Local food producers and representatives met recently, as the FoodCluster group, to participate in a Regional Branding Workshop facilitated by Samantha Smith from Sapphire Coast Tourism. Samantha is an experienced Marketing Consultant. The FoodCluster aims to use the Brand to promote local, top quality, sustainable food products, from sea to snow, direct from producer to consumer.
