To enhance the prosperity of the community through the promotion of Cobargo as an authentic working village with heritage values.

The Association has been in existence since 1991 and involved in a number of community projects:-

We currently work together with Bega Valley Shire Business Forum, Sapphire Coast Tourism, Landcare and the Area Committee via membership &/or delegates from our Association. We also liase with Local Government, Bega Valley Shire Council, Department of Infrastructure & Natural Resources, South East NSW Area Consultancy Committee, State Forests of NSW, Members of Parliament and local schools, which keeps us up to date on local activities and information as well as giving us a voice on a broader spectrum.Membership of Cobargo Tourist & Business Association is open to local businesses. The joining fee is $5 and annual membership is $52.We hold meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at 6pm, at the CWA Cottage.
