1. All works must be the original work of the entrant and not previously exhibited at Wyndham
2. Entry fee: $15 per exhibitor - limit of 5 artworks must be received by close of entry Friday 17 October, 2008
3. Free entry for the Youth Award Prize- 2 categories: under 12 and under 16, titled and ready for secure hanging.
4. All works are eligible for the Friday Night Award and the People's Choice Award.
5. Late entry fee $20 per artwork. Insurance will not be available on late entries.
6. Money order, cheques made out to; Wyndham Public School P & C Assoc.
7. All works must be safely packaged, clearly named, titled and ready for hanging. No wet artwork will be accepted.
8. All works must be delivered to Wyndham School between Monday 3 Nov. and Wednesday 5 Nov. 2008 9.30 am - 3.00 pm..
9. Unsold works must be collected between 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm Sunday 9 November at the Wyndham Hall
10. Works must not be removed prior to the exhibition end.
11. The Committee shall retain 20% of sale price from exhibits sold.
12. Prizes will be awarded at the sole discretion of the judges and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Wyndham Public School P & C reserves the right to photograph entries for the purpose of publicity.
