MAN ON FIRE - Denzel Washington
Accredited with the award of best cinematography, this movie does not fail to astonish the use of sub-titles in only neccessary applications and the incredible camera work makes for a must see movie... Denzel is also wonderful to watch in 'Out of time' with a support cast that makes the movie tick, Eva Mendes and other relative newcomers provide the perfect backdrop for a romance/action movie full of laughs and edge of your seat excitement.

KING ARTHUR -
This movie took the story of King arthur and the knights of the round table, rips it apart burns that and then pisses on the ashes.... whoever funded this pile of boring breakdown cinema is probably in an institution now pondering where they went wrong... i'll tell you they went wrong funding this.
1 1/2 stars.
A SHARK TALE - Robert Deniro Jack Black Will Smith Renee Zelwigger
an all star cast jumps into the ocean to live out this under the sea fantasy of a vegetarian shark. This movie does contain some adult aimed humour but will more likely be a winner with your kids. A few dull aspects take away from the film but it's worth a look.
3 1/2 stars.
DODGEBALL - Vince Vaughn Ben Stiller
provides laughs as long you are willing to laugh at it. An overall funny movie with some good support actor's /actress'. Especially good if you're not a fan of Ben Stiller as his character is constantly made fun of etc.

SPIDER MAN 2 - Tobey Maguire Kirsten Dunst
Tobey Maguire returns to fill the boots of Spider man in this sequel, all new villains and characters make for a little more excitement than the first and needless to say the ending is what all romantics hoped it would be. It was in my mind better than the original but compared to some other films leaves something to be desired.
3 1/2 stars.
THE VILLAGE - Sigourney Weaver etc.
One of the most enigmatic and thoughtful movies to be out in a long while, scary situations where you wouldn't expect to find one create a constant state of suspence. Also this movie has a twist that is so amazing that you will leave the cinema reeling.
4 1/2 stars.
GARFIELD - Jim Belushi Jennifer Love Hewitt
The voice of the original cartoon garfield has almost been re-created by actor Jim belushi and the supporting cast do a superb job in this comedy, the ojnly downfall is that the character of Garfield drops his wit for a more sarcastic and cynical outlook on the world. Apart from that this movie is alright.
3 1/2 stars.
ONCE UPON A TIME IN MEXICO - Johnny Depp Antonio Banderas
this filim is loaded with interesting new elements to the original. Johnny Depp plays a wonderful role as a double agent for the CIA and Antonio banderas is better than ever. A big time support cast provides a good backdrop to the war in mexico and the story gains from it. Definately worth a look but i reccomend to watch it twice to fully understand.
4 stars.
VAN HELSING - Hugh Jackman
Lots of people said that blending so many stories would be shite. Well if you aren't biased about the story line then this film is one well worth a watching. The special effects in this film are tremendous with an extremely ingenious way of creating were-wolves.. it's a must see.

THE PUNISHER - John Travolta
A retiring CIA agent's life comes into danger when he gets caught up in a drug bust gone wrong. The heat of this film turns up after the agents family is attacked and he is forced to retaliate. Non-stop action form that point and well worth a look.
