What a day we had - Full of laughs. The day was a comedy of errors some planed, some not. On arrival the tables looked great, thanks to Terry & her volunteers. Everyone was in good spirits , our hostesses made everyone feel welcome , then it was off to the drinks & nibbles table. National councillor Carleen Maley was made welcome, Zone councillor Nancy Baker arrived later all the way from a New Zealand holiday, what dedication. Mind you our club

is well worth coming to, so all readers who are not a member you are cordially invited to join & be part of a fun club. New members are always welcome. Talking of new members a new member Jeanette Angus was inducted by Carleen. Pam Forbes presented flowers to Gwen Thornton, Jean Neeves, Ella Rudd, & Nancy Gray, who joined in the year the club began, 28 years ago.

Carleen presented 10yr badges to Joan Mashman, Peg McLean, Margaret Moore,& Fay Rhodin, also 20yr badges to June Gray, Gwen McIvor, Leone Paull, and Joy Shaw. Our National Councillor was kept busy on her first visit to our club.

After a nice roast meal, and desert, more fun from the entertainment group. "Merry May Melodies" was a fast moving sing along with members singing along with the cast.

COMING EVENTS: "PAMANNE " Would like to invite everyone to come to a Soup and Damper Day at Thomson St Friday 28th July Cost $8. In September there will be a Garden Party. Friday 20th October Kangaroo Valley 4 wheel Drive Adventures & Barren Grounds Reserve, via back roads. $40. Per person, be quick for this one.
