A bunch of us recently went for a walk along the coast south of Eden between Saltwater Creek and Greencape Lighthouse.
Greencape in particular holds a special place in my heart because that's where I met my lovely partner.
Its a harsh old headland, rocky and windy as buggery but a great place to watch the wildlife.
The whales were having a whale of a time harrassing the fish by making monster splashes with their tails.
The seals just splashing around and playing in the surf.
The walk was interesting and quite gentle along the coast. I imagined it would be a bit like the Tathra to Bournda walk with lots of ups and downs to the little beaches along the way but fortunately it wasnt to much like hard work at all.
Nicely diverse too with patches of forest in the gullies, heathland with lots of flowers as we walked along the cliffs and my favorite thing ..... pools and creeks along the way.
