The Zero Waste Schools Program is an initiative of the Mumbulla School for Rudolf Steiner Education, located in Bega on the Far South Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The school hosts a Demonstration Site for best practice resource conservation and waste minimisation in a school environment. The Curriculum Resource Package has been created to enable the expansion of the Program to other schools in South East Australia. The establishment of the Program has been assisted by the New South Wales Government's Waste Fund Community Waste Reduction Grants Program.
Resulting from this very successful program we have developed a curriculum resource package including books, posters and a video with lots of great resources for students and teachers to learn about waste management. For more details about the package click here
