Not included and for an extra $39.00 you can have the extra frying plate which is the same size as the grilling plate. The extra plate gives you plenty of space to add saucepans or frying pans etc. for cooking, and it also has raised edges
You can easily fit 2 bbq plates on the cooker
You can fry bacon & eggs, cook a leg of lamb or a stew, grill a heap of snags and steaks, boil or steam your veggies in a saucepan, and maybe be adventurous enough to cook a cake in your camp oven, and after all that, have a cup of billy tea to cap off your meal.
And don't you just hate bacon & eggs on a cold plate all greasy and yuk! Just to make things even better, I am introducing my swing away plate warmer bracket now. You will then be able to ensure that you have warm plates at any time without losing valuable cooking space. You can use a plate up to 270mm diameter and it will fit on the plate warmer bracket. Any plate is suitable except plastic ones.
I don't supply any plates - the cast iron one I show in my pictures is purely for illustration purposes.
Your camp cooking skills will only increase with the Maxi Cooker. You have three cooking heights for both grilling, frying and steaming, and with the adjustable chain and hook supplied, your camp oven can cook at whatever height you wish.
