The AGM was held in the clubhouse at Bega Pool on Wednesday 15th April, 2009. Although there was only a small attendance, all postions were filled for the upcoming 2009/2010 season with the exception of the position of Publicity Officer, most of the present committee have been re elected and will stay on to continue their good work.

Congratulations to our newly appointed president Sacha Mott, I'm sure everyone will support Sacha in her new role.

We are still however still looking for a Publicity Officer, not a big job but a very imporatant one. We need someone that can take a few photos and send a weekly report off to the paper, please give this some consideration over the winter and let us know if you would like to help out by filling this position.

The NSW Short Course Country Championships will be held on 18/19 July at the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre. The qualifying times for this meet are a bit easier than the summer event so its a great opportunity for swimmers that didn't quite make the summer event times.

There are some 50m events that may suit some swimmers, check out the program and qualifying times to see if you qualify.
