2009 Bega Show Details

2009 Bega Show Admission Charges

2009 Season Tickets: Adults - $28. Schoolchild - $14. This gives unlimited access to the Show over the three days

EARLYBIRD SPECIAL
Available up until 5pm on thursday 12th February from Pell-Rixon and the Showground Office - Family Season Ticket for $75 for 2 adults & 2 schoolchildren - extra schoolchildren $14 each - great value.

Normal Daily access to the Show.
Adult - $14
Children: $7
Seniors Cardholders: $10 daily

EXHIBITORS & COMPETITORS ENTRANCE FOR THE PAVILION

Exhibitors using the Pavilion Exhibitors entrance on the pool side of the Pavilion, including Art & Photography will be admitted free of charge to deliver their exhibits during the advertised hours, provided they do not enter the general Showground area, otherwise they will have to purchase an entrance ticket.

Collection of Pavilion Exhibits at the 2009 Show - you will not be able to collect your Exhibits on the Sunday Night. Collection will only be available on the Monday following the Show or by arrangement with the Secretary - this is the same as last year.

RING, LIVESTOCK & ALL OTHER AREAS

Without exception, all other exhibitors and competitors in the Ring, all Livestock, Poultry etc are required to pay the regular entrance fee. No Competitor will be allowed into the Ring without displaying a current wrist band or proof of entrance being displayed.

GST & Prize Money

GST - Anyone aged 18 years & over and collecting prize money of more than $50 will need to supply an ABN or sign a statement by supplier that they compete as a recreation or hobby, otherwise tax at the rate of 48.5% must be deducted by the Show Society and remitted to the Australian Tax Office. All entry fees and prize money quoted in the schedules include GST.

Show Office Hours 2009

The Showground Office will be open from 8.30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday from the 2nd of February before the Show to accept Entries. Please check each section in the Schedules for the closing times for receipt of Entry Forms and delivery of Exhibits for Judging.

All Entries must be on our Offical Entry Forms available from the Secretary or on this website by clicking on the panel on the top left side of this page under Bega Show Details, then click Rules & Regulations and then click on Entry Forms & Indeminity.
