Who am I?

I'm excited about helping women enjoy mid-life as an expansive and creative time.  By supporting them to find clarity and confidence I help them pursue their dreams with purpose and passion.  Over a varied career I've been a high school teacher, a jet-setting executive and a coach for horse riders with disabilities, amonst other things.

In the past few years I've followed my own dreams to become a qualified aromatherapist and Reiki practitioner, studying with world renowned teachers in England and France.  One of my passions is researching and using the law of attraction to help life flow with ease and grace. I'm now combining all my knowledge, skills and experience in my work as a personal empowerment and wellbeing coach for women.
