Welcome to fLiNG Physical Theatre, Bega Valley Shire's Youth Performance Company!

This year we will continue to bring regular movement and performance training to people living in the Bega Valley. Our company program is for people 14 years to 26 years old with a committment to our regular program. Opportunities to pre-train are available for younger ages in YfLING. If you don't fit into either of these age groups have a look at our community classes in the Events page and click on the 2009 Program.

We have already held our first holiday program during January at the Summer School classes. Tutored by four of fLiNG's ex-performers who have taken their training further at some of Australias top tertiary training institutions. If you missed out watch out for the next Holiday Program running in April.

Gerard Veltre and his company Phunktional Dance Co., will be returning in 2009 to be involved in Wasted. This will be a fLiNG performance project for students at Bega and Eden High Schools.

We are very excited that our touring program is going to continue this year. Our touring company will be performing Sol's Way in Merrigong Theatre Wollongong and Riverside Theatre Parramatta in October. In Wollongong we will be sharing the bill with our neighbours and friends from Half High Circus.

I can't wait until the July school holidays when Ben Moroney will return again to give another of his famous gymnastic training intensives.

There are a number of other project for you get become involved in that I can't tell you about yet but I'll keep you posted as they are confirmed.
